** IMPROVED code for Special sales, will now have any sales at
much more reasonable pricing
** FIXED bug which denied players opportunity to sell raw materials,
especially CRYSTALIS!
** IMPROVED displays during SALE process.
** CHANGED Uncontrolled planet to display 'RACE: NONE' and
'INDIFFERENCE/UNKNOWN'.
** FIXED colonization of planets to change planets race to that
of the player that colonizes it!...This will give a FAVORABLE
racial adjustment to player! (also changed INVASION or LOST
colonies similar to this!)
** CHANGES to ATTACK PLAYER routines Include increasing per turn
damage, especially true with high end weapon systems, also added
chances of having weapon explosions based on effectiveness of
weapons! Also added 'Sitting Duck' Routine where if either
Attacker or Defender has NO Weapons, or Cruisers, they won't last
long!. Further, Increased damage to shields after a players
cruisers have been eliminated...no longer will you do 20 points
of damage to an opponents shields when they have 25,000!!
** CHANGES to PLANETARY INVASIONS include Increasing Strength of
of FORTS, as well as assurring a better chance of their survival
during attacks!...There is now a MAXIMUM of 25 forts destroyed
per turn, and if you loose all your cruisers, WATCH OUT!...Your
shields won't last long against their combined fire power!
** FIXED minor bug in Planetary invasion routines causing display
of incorrect planet name (tried to stuff 350 planet names into
255 positions!)

** Heavily CODE OPTIMIZED!, resulting in a MUCH smaller main EXE file,
even though Much added!!
** ADDED *RACES*!! Each PLANET, as well as each PLAYER will now be
assigned one of 10 different races, each race having a differening
outlook on the others ranging from Warfare to Open Friendship.
This relationship to other races will have much effect on the
players purchasing powers, even so far as their ability to land on
a planet!. Of course if the player has been anti social and has
thus decreed an outlaw, then a warlike relationship may change to
one of like, and friendship may change to Warfare!
** ADDED PLANETS! 50 more planets added to the inner core, and 50 more
have been added to the outer limits!
** INCREASED beginning player SCANNING levels from 15 sectors to 20
Sectors...This should make it easier on the lazy players to at least
get a start on finding planets!
** GYPSIES: Gypsies may now provide an abundance of information, including
the Location of the ROGUE Planet, Location of the Malachi Home galaxy,
and of course individual player information.
** MERCHANTS: The Merchant may now NOT have ALL of the available goods to
sell some may only have one or two, others may have all of the
available speciality goods!
** Chance of Meeting Gypsies/Merchants has been adjusted DOWNWARD a point
or two...
** BATTLES: During Battles, Freighters, Transports, goods, colonists,
Troops, goods, scanners, engines, and weapons may be damaged by
machanical malfunctions, or stray shots!
** SPECIAL 'SALES', each day a few planets may have 'SPECIAL SALES'
going on either BUYING or SELLING of Goods (freighters, Crusiers)
or Commodities where the item will be bought or sold at a 50%
Premium!
** MALACHI: malachi will now colonize a NEW PLANET every 10 days instead
of the previous 7 days...There were a few instances where the MALACHI
actually WON the game...REPEATEDLY!!! {Poor Players???}
